Hematopoietic multipotent progenitor (MPP)

This term refers to a class of hematopoietic stem cells that have lost their self-renewal capacity but remain multipotent and thus can differentiate into all mature cell types found in the blood. These cells are known also as LMPP [lymphoid-primed multipotent progenitor] or CMLP cells [common myelolymphoid progenitor cells].
